TooTone Refund Policy

We're dedicated to ensuring your TooTone experience is nothing short of extraordinary, and we're here to address any concerns you may have. Here's the lowdown on our refund policy:

Unwanted items or changing your mind:

Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds or exchanges for items that are simply unwanted or due to a change of mind. Our products fall under this category due to their nature and hygiene considerations.

Damaged or faulty items:

If you receive an item that's damaged or faulty, worry not! We'll happily exchange or refund it for you. Just make sure to notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. However, once the product has been worn or removed from its original packaging, we can't offer refunds or exchanges.

Return procedure:

To complete a return or address any issues with your order, please send photos of the products to hello@tootonelondon.com, along with the order details or order number. Retain these, as we can't process any investigation or refund without them.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven't received your refund, check your bank account and contact your credit card company. If the issue persists, reach out to us at hello@tootonelondon.com.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at hello@tootonelondon.com to initiate an exchange.

Responsibility for returns:

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your protection, use a delivery service that insures the value of the goods. Only if the item is faulty or you received the incorrect item, TooTone will cover the return costs. We can't cover the cost for other returns.

Returned to sender (incorrect address):

If the shipping address is incorrect, let us know ASAP. We can't change the address once the order is dispatched, so it's crucial to provide accurate details. If the parcel is returned to us, the customer is responsible for re-postage costs.

We value your experience with TooTone and our aim is to ensure you're satisfied with every lash! Our lashes are crafted with love and each one may have slight variations—making them unique. This is not a flaw but rather part of the individual artistry imparted by our skilled team.
